What is it?Water activated neon cake makeup that glows under UV/blacklight! SUVA Beauty’s Hydra Liner®/FX formula is a punch of solid opaque color. It’s smudge proof and transfer resistant – it won’t fade until it’s removed!

How to Use:
・Optional: scrape the product onto a makeup palette before activating・Wet makeup brush with water・Use the wet brush and mix it into the Hydra Liner®/FX product・Mix VERY WELL and apply once a creamy consistency is achieved (like melted ice-cream). Wet brush further and continue mixing if needed・Let the product fully air dry before storing away!

How to Use:
・Unscrew the top cap of the dropper bottle・Add water to the bottle・Screw the cap back on and label the outside of the bottle with its contents・Turn the bottle upside down and squeeze gently to get precision water drops for your Hydra Liners・Depending on your desired look, a typical Hydra Liner application will need 2-3 drops of water・Mix the water VERY WELL with your Hydra Liner and apply once a creamy consistency is achieved (like melted ice-cream). Wet brush further and continue mixing if needed

chocolate chocolate chocolate MP4 Norma's snack Glam Challenge and I used the Suva water dropper to get the perfect amount of water in my glisten Cosmetics Coke float line to create this book I really love how it turned out one thing to note about this dropper is that it opens up this way the first time I used it I accidentally Twist Off the whole top and it did take a bit of cleaning to avoid oversaturating my palate but overall I think this is really easy to use and it gets you a perfect amount water so that you can have the correct consistency to use your water activated liners

he's super guy this is a Suva controlled dropper bottles so you can put a certain amount of water in your hydro liners at a time take the little laid off you don't text me what it not the whole it's a little tiny little off the top and just leave that on and little tiny drops come out as you squeeze it and you can put as many as you want it makes it so much easier to not put too much water into your palate and and you have to sit there and let it dry up and it's just annoying
