one of my favorite ways to style my hair when I'm avoiding Hot Tools is by putting it into two braids I let it dry overnight and in the morning when I unravel them I'm left with this beautiful texture but I do experience some flattened is here at the route where my braids were parted so to combat that I like to use the Living Proof full dry volume and texture spray this is a styling and finishing spray it's important that you shake it well before each use I spray and the areas where I'm experiencing a little bit of flatnessand then I section my hair in different areas to give all my roots a little bit of a lift and it just really work it into my roots to get that good lift and hold so here you can see there's no more separation down the center where my braids were at least a little bit of a grits of the texture last few days and it's really good for fine hair that tends to go limp easily it's just a great all-around product

so I love these living proof drops I get just about all of them because I know I'm never going to be disappointed this is their Advanced Clean dry shampoo I love it because as you can see my scalp doesn't look white or powdery this is a great way to maintain my volume personally I like to use dry shampoo and mediately after I've washed my hair essentially what I try to do is maximize the number of days I can go without washing my hair but also makes you that my scalp is never actually oily because boil is not great for your scalp contrary to popular belief going too long without washing your hair can cause fungus and dandruff lastly if I go overboard with a hair oil or Aleve in this is got my back

now for an intricate hair look I'm going to add a lot of texture to my hair using the Living Proof full dry volume and texture spray I'm using a lot of this all over taking my French section I'm going to work this into a fishtail braid the grit in the spray really helps to Pull-A-Part very Define little pieces of the braids now I'm going to do a French braid behind the fish tail and secure it behind my ear now I'm securing this fishtail braid around and under the French braids taking sections of hair around the braids tying them together and telsey tailing them I wrap this up just by fishtailing all the ends together this is my finished intricate hair and makeup look I tried to really really hard I hope you guys do to please have so much fun with this Challenge and I can't wait to see your submissions in the article

hey guys so I'm going to do a quick a demo and test out of Living Proof full dry volume and texture spray this is brand new since you can see I have a lot of volume going on in the bottom of my head but the top of my head is basically like a flat helmet I'm very excited to see if this is going to help give some life to my hair so I'm just going to come apart it and dumb go back a little so that I get a more even to Sparrow do I need a lock this whole okay well I just wasn't pressing hard enough okay I'm so I'm going to put this a little far away so that it disperses more evenly and I'm only going to do the front of my head really because I'm going to do a show later and I really only care about the front of my head looking good don't care so much about the back let's blundeston and see how it goes okay wow I am so obsessed so we all saw I went from all my hair being like flat and stuck on my head

this is the living proof instant defrizzer I use this as a dry shampoo in between my shampoos and it helps keep the freezing this away and it makes my hair look like it's just been combed out and blown out it's amazing and I just love this Brands I feel like they have great ingredients and they really care about their customers again I've been here so it's hard for me to use a lot of product product in my hair without causing buildup in this does not cause any build-up I absolutely love this and it comes a pretty big can and I really like it it's been working really well
